Your work will be inspected
Every individual was created for a specific work, and it is wise to always bear in mind that one’s work will be inspected. It is not just going about a work, it is the attitude behind you going about your work that matters. You must accomplish your work with excellent in mind, because your work will be inspected when you are done. You are your work and your work is you. You will be valued or devalued by your work. Your work speaks more about who you are. Your true evaluation is tied to your works. Discharge your work with all diligence, effectiveness and efficiency.
Your work prove your maturity
2 – “We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers;
3 – Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;” (1Thessalonian chapter 1 verses 2 to 3)
Whether in your presence or in your absence, you will be judge by your work. People are watching you on how you go about things without dispute and murmuring. People will see you when you picked offences and quit your work. The accomplishment of your work will be a source of encouragement to others. Quitting your work will be a source of discouragement to others. Your work speaks of your maturity and the spirit that is at work in you.
Do your work with all sincerely of heart
42 “According to all that the Lord had commanded Moses, so the Israelites had done all the work.
43 And Moses inspected all the work, and behold, they had done it; as the Lord had commanded, so had they done it. And Moses blessed them.” (Exodus 39 verses 42 to 43 AMP)
You are destined for work
The kingdom is purpose driven. The kingdom is never designed, fashioned and made for idle people. No lazy person has a place in the kingdom. The kingdom being purpose driven, calls for responsibility. Anyone in the kingdom was made to yield completely to the purpose of the kingdom which had made everyone a person of responsibility. The kingdom has a place of responsibility specially designed for you.
Your place of responsibility, is your place to function effectively and efficiently. Everyone in the kingdom is in to accomplish a specific task that will reveal his or her relevance. No one in the kingdom was created to carry the definition of matter, just to occupy space without displaying any value. You have a work to deliver in the kingdom and that will prove your worth. Your worth is not in your idleness, your worth is in your effective and efficient discharge of your work.
It is your work
If it’s your work, it is not someone else work. What a misnomer that some persons have actually lost their courage to accept that the very reason they were created and chosen is for the work they were created and called to accomplished. Life is work and work is life. If one ever takes away work from living, life and living will be of no relevance. The joy of living is the fact there is work to do to add to the beauty of the kingdom and add to one’s relevance.
Never you look at others to take up a responsibility when you are in the right position to take it up. Stop pointing at someone else for the very responsibility many are pointing at you. It is your work you have to embrace it wholeheartedly. That may be the very responsibility why you show up and you are about transacting it for what that does not matter. Your work is your avenue to input your impact.
Everyone has a work
Wherever you find yourself, ask yourself why am I here? What is my contribution in this place? What do I have the capacity to handle? You see, it takes asking the right questions for one to be able to find the right answers. You are in for something significant and it is your responsibility to carry out such significance. Everyone has a work he or she must carry out in the kingdom to prove one’s relevance and effectiveness.
You should know and bear in mind that your worth is attached to your work. You will be evaluated by your work. It is your work that will speak volume about your existence and your presence wherever you find yourself. When we come to the full knowledge that one’s work will be inspected, we will live our lives with the consciousness that we have to make relevant impact to the lives of those around us and the society at large.
4 people who will inspect you
1. You will inspect yourself.
“But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.” (1Timothy chapter 3 verses 15)
I have come around people who are quick to arrive at the conclusion that they have done their best. When you try to measure their best to the outcome of their results, you will not be able to trace their worth out of what they have done. Their best is not yet nice. They just went into work because they want to prove a point that they actually did something. Life is not about doing something, what is the impact of what you did or you are doing.
2. People will inspect you:
13 – “When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
14 – And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.” (Mathew chapter 16 verses 13 to 14)
There is need to always bear in mind that people are watching you. You might not know them but they are watching you. You are looking at the way you live your life. They are keen to know how you go about things and how you place judgement. The way one goes about things explain more about the person’s character. Your action reveal your personality. One of the greatest tragedies in life is when people go about things without the consciousness that people are actually watching. Anyone who lives on such mentality will some day become a victim.
Knowing that people are looking at the legacy you are leaving will do much good about your reputation. This is very important that our Lord and master Jesus Christ has to asked ‘Who do men say that I the Son of man am? If that was not necessary, He would have not made emphasised on it. You are a leader to someone somewhere you might not know, but be rest assured that people are watching you and they are giving their own account about you.
3. Those close to you will inspect you:
15 – “He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 – And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 – And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.” (Mathew chapter 16 verses 15 to 17)
Everyone has a course to fulfill on earth. There is something about your life that is so unique that the whole earth is waiting to see your manifestation, but that will start with those closer to you. In as much that there are those who may not want to identify with you directly, there are still those who will want to surrender under your mentorship. There are those with their whole heart who are looking up to you.
You should know these ones are following your legacy and footsteps. They are the reflection of who you are and they are going to give detailed account of your time with them. Those close to you will speak to the public about who you are either in your life time or at your death. We will all be remembered by one thing, what we have done. What we are able to do and the account of those closer to us will speak volume to who we really are.
4. Your leader will inspect you.
“And Moses did look upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it as the LORD had commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them.” (Exodus chapter 39 verses 43)
To become a true and genuine leader, you must be a person who understands the place of being under authority. You must be under authority to become authority. You must learn the art to lead effectively for you to become an effective leader. In the whole process to become whoever you desire to become, someone in the form of a leader will inspect you. That is the only way you will make amendment and become a better person.
You need to understand that your leader expectation for inspecting you is excellent. He or she requires the best and nothing rather than the best from you. Do not go about any given responsibility casually. That has the capacity to degrade you even before the whole people. Any given responsibility is an opportunity. It all depends on how you were able to handle such responsibility that will determine whether you will be promoted or if you will be demoted.
In conclusion:
Every responsibility you accomplished will leave a blueprint about your true personality. How excellent you go about your work, will go along to reveal and tell people who you are. People will make a conclusion of who you are looking at the work you have done. Never you forget that we will be remembered by what we have done. Some persons will not be remembered because their works does not speak volume. Their works could not stand the test of time.
The accomplishment of your work will be a source of encouragement to others. Quitting your work will be a source of discouragement to others. May people never get disappointed at our works. Our works was meant to count and let them count.
