Your glory awaits you
If you are not in your responsibility, you would not experience your glory. If you did not embrace your responsibility, you would not embrace your glory. If embracing responsibility does not matter to you, attaining to your glory will not matter to you. If you miss in the place of responsibility, you will miss in the place of glory. As important as the place of glory is, so is the place of responsibility.
The path of responsibility leads to glory. Anyone who desire to experience his or her place of glory should be a person of responsibility. The crown of glory is for men and women of responsibility. At the beginning of the tunnel is tiled with responsibilities, at the end of the tunnel is tiled with glory. The place of glory is not at the beginning of one’s responsibility, the place of glory is at the end of one’s responsibility.
You have to be effective in your responsibility
Jesus at the beginning of mission declared His mission agenda. According to the book of John chapter 4 verses 34, Jesus says,
“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.”
How lovely people love eating meat that is why Jesus made it clear that His meat is to carry out specific responsibilities that He must live for to obtain glory at last. If there was a glory to obtain, there should be a responsibility to embrace. Nothing goes for nothing. If you must pay the price, you will obtain the victory. I like the way message bible translation puts it according to John chapter 4 verses 34,
Jesus said, “The food that keep me going is that I do the will of the One who sent me, finishing the work he started.
May you be found diligent
It is in ability to make the same declaration over your life as we move through life fulfilling destiny. You must declare your mission mandate if you will obtain the glory at last. This involves a personal conviction. You must calculate the cost. You must yield yourself to it and endure till the end.
REASONS TO HOPE FOR YOUR GLORY
- You are created to reign in glory
“And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” (Revelation chapter 5 verses 10 KJV)
- There is a responsibility to your glory
“I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians chapter 3 verses 14 KJV)
- You are created to fulfill a course
“But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.” (1 Corinthians chapter 15 verses 10 KJV)
- You live for a course
“For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” (Philippians chapter 1 verses 21 KJV)
- You have to finish well
“When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.” (John chapter 19 verses 30 KJV)
- The crown of glory awaits you.
7 – I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
8 – Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. (2 Timothy chapter 4 verses 7 to 8 KJV)
- You will meet the Lord
“His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” (Mathew chapter 25 verses 21 KJV)
Conclusion
