You must proof your leadership

12 – “He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.

13 – And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

14 – But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.

15 – And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.

16 – Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.

17 – And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.

18 – And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.

19 – And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.

20 – And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:

21 – For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow.

22 – And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:

23 – Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?

24 – And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds.

25 – And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.)

26 – For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.

27 – But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.” (Luke chapter 19 verses 12 to 27)

Anyone who cannot prove his or her leadership does not have what it takes to lead

You have to understand that it is an individual’s responsibility to understand that he or she will prove his or her leadership. It is an individual’s ability to prove that he or she is qualified for the position of leadership. Anyone who cannot prove his or her leadership does not have what it takes to lead. Anyone who does not have what it takes to lead cannot lead effectively. Everyone will be given the platform and opportunity to prove one’s leadership.

May you be found faithful when the opportunity to prove your leadership shows up.  It does not matter how educated you think you are; it does not matter how pompous you carry yourself; it does not matter how great you think about yourself, in all you have to prove your leadership. In reality, if you do not prove your leadership, you are not meant to assume that position. It is clear from all ramifications that those who lead right and those who were able to prove their leadership with time.

Give people the opportunity to proof themselves and not to assume one is capable when they have not gathered the right knowledge to lead right

“He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.” (Luke chapter 19 verses 12)

According to the scripture above, there was a higher responsibility that demands the master’s experience and skills. He needed someone  to take over his present position while he went on with the higher position and challenges. The only tactic he could deploy to able to get the right person suitable to occupy his position and do exploit was for him to give each of servant to prove themselves.

This is a wise technique every genuine leader should deploy whenever there is an opportunity to get people into the leadership positions. Give people the opportunity to prove themselves and not to assume one is capable when they have not gathered the right knowledge to lead right. When people are given the priviledge to prove themselves, they learn from their mistakes which enable them in building the right capacity towards leadership and leading effectively.

Those who are full with eye service and never care about the master business to exercise effective and efficient leadership will be made clear

When people have not proven their leadership and they got promoted, most of the time they end up messing up everything. When one is not experienced,  he will always find it hard to lead. There is no room for sentiment on the part of leadership that resulted greatly when one is falsely promoted to the place and position of leadership. When one who is not eligible gets into the position, he will just not allow himself to be crash , he makes others to crash with him.

When people are given the opportunity to prove their leadership, the master does not struggle to know and select those whose hearts are in the leadership and hunger for an opportunity to lead right. It is at this point that one with a heart of deception will be made obvious. Those who are full of eye service and never care about the master business to exercise effective and efficient leadership will be made clear. It is not about those who pretend that their hearts are with the master and his business, the test to prove oneself will reveal the heart content of everyone.

Conclusion:

There is always an abuse in leadership when people who are not qualified are allowed to occupy the position of leadership. The position of leadership is never for all but for those who are able to prove themselves capable, effective and efficient for it. Leadership position is about who is qualified and he who is qualified should assume the position.
