You are made unique as a diasporan

If you’ve ever had a self-discovery of who you are, you should understand that you are unique diasporan on the earth. If you ever discover who you are in Christ you will discover that God must have taken all the time to fashion and create you. The world may have made you believe that you are an accident, but in Christ you are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are so precious in God’s eye and His agenda to deliver and transformed the world unto Himself. King David in his testimony said,

“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” (Psalms 139:14 KJV)

Let us quickly draw our attention on how the Message translation affirmed it,

“I thank you, High God—you’re breath taking! Body and soul, I am marvellously made! I worship in adoration—what a creation!” (Psalms 139:14 MSB)

You can’t think less about yourself

Let us pick it one after another, Are you indeed thankful to God? Do you have any reason to be grateful to God? Has God done anything that will prompt you to praise Him? Is there joy springing from your heart when you remember God? How will your display be like when you think about the goodness of God? What excitement does it draw from your heart when an opportunity calls to praise and celebrate the Lord God Almighty? You can’t continue think less about yourself.

You see, the reason to thank God is not based on the material things He has given us. The reason to appreciate God is not on the stand of what He has done for you at the moment. We should be thankful to God first for creating us. God making us in His image and likeness should be the bases of constantly pouring our heart of gratitude to Him. We did not bargain it but it pleases God to fashion, design and make us look as He is.

Your uniqueness is from God Almighty

What a privilege to be of the same image as God. It is obvious that our ultimate uniqueness is when we discover our place in God through Christ Jesus. You have to believe beyond reasonable doubt that you are unique because the One that made you is unique. Hallelujah, as He is so are we here on the earth. Our uniqueness is not by man’s ordination; our uniqueness is by God’s ordination.

Whoever you are, whatever surrounds your birth, the family you are born into, the parents who gave birth to you, the community you are born into, the nation and the continent you found yourself in does not determine your uniqueness.

You are the best of your kind

King David said, “No matter what is surrounding me, no matter the ups and down, no matter the thought of men, no matter the rule of the leaders, one thing makes so much meaning to me that I am fearfully made by God Almighty.” That should make so much meaning to you. To be fearfully made means that God must have taken things so easy and gradual while creating us so that there won’t be any form of mistake attached to us. It simply means God was taking things gradually and He was never in a hurry for our existence. It means God deployed all the necessary arsenal of an excellent performance during our creation.

You are a divine project in God’s hand and He is willing to reach out to transform the entire society through you. Hallelujah! You are fearfully and wonderfully made by God Almighty. Marvellous are the works of God. You should always bear this in mind as long as you live. That is where your uniqueness is derived from.

“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” (Psalms 139:14 KJV)

Conclusion

You have every reason to believe God’s Word and all that the Word says about you. If the Word of God says you are unique that means you are indeed unique.
