What shall separate you from Christ love

We must find the right answer to this very question if we must live out the same life that Jesus lived.

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?” (Romans chapter 8 verses 35)

There is a unique question before any believer as we make our walk with our Lord and master authentic. We must find the right answer to this very question if we must live out the same life that Jesus lived. No one can claim that he or she has a genuine walk with the Lord Jesus Christ when he or she is not conscious of the very question and stands his or her test of time to prove he or she is a faithful follower of our Lord and master Jesus Christ.

Why this very question is so necessary is because we found ourselves in a world which system is so debauched. It is a system that is contradictory to the original system which the foundation of the earth was laid and was given to man so that they can live to exercise and discharge full dominion on the planet earth. The system we are faced with, if one has not looked deep into this very question and make his or her beliefs clear, he or she might be a victim.

Why this very question is so necessary is because we found ourselves in a world which system is so debauched

Why did such question came into place when man was designed, fashioned and was made in the image and likeness of God Almighty.  If truly we are created in God’s image after His likeness, that simply means we are like Him and we can do anything that God has done. The scripture made it obvious that God did not think us less than Himself and He never made us less than His personality.

26 – And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27 – So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28 – And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” (Genesis chapter 1 verses 26 to 28)

Once man lost the love of God, he as well lost his authority

In the beginning we had the love of God bestow on mankind. It was the love of God Almighty on humanity that positioned and enabled man to exercised full responsibility of authority and dominion. This love of God on humanity, provided an ultimate platform for man to be in charge. It was and it is still the love of God that makes the difference in the human race. Anyone who has a right standing with God Almighty, has what it takes to live a successful Christian life.

It was the fall of man, the very moment man made the wrong move to ever obey satan, that was a complete act of disobedience towards God. That was when he lost the love that was keeping him in order. Once man lost the love of God, he as well lost his authority. Man cannot do much and achieve much out of God’s love.

Man really  faced alot of humiliation from the devil.

The love of God has the capacity to do exploit in the life a believer. Now that man has lost it, Jesus came on board, He died and paid the ultimate price for our redemption, to restore man to his place of God’s love so that he can exercise full dominion. As it was before the fall of man, so it is after Jesus have died, and resurrected granting man the opportunity to experience the Father’s love again.

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?” (Romans chapter 8 verses 35)

After you must have seen all that Jesus went through to bring us back to the right position where we are totally free from the torment and the slavery of the enemy. Man really  faced alot of humiliation from the devil. Many things went wrong under the captivity of the enemy.  The scripture made us understand that God’s mercy endures forever. The Father extends His hands of love towards humanity.

Many things went wrong under the captivity of the enemy

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans chapter 5 verses 8)

Looking at the cross, and the finished work of Christ Jesus on the cross is the proof of God’s love to humanity.  That is why the scripture asked,

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?” (Romans chapter 8 verses 35)

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? It simply asks, if it is your father, or mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, children, friends has the capacity to separate you from love Christ showed to humanity going all the way to the cross.

Conclusion:

37 – “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38 – For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 – Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans chapter 8 verses 37 to 39)

Nothing is this life has what it takes to separate anyone from the love of Christ.
