To live a victorious Christian life
- You must have a prayer life:
28 – “Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
29 – He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
30 – Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
31 – But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (Isaiah chapter 40 verses 28 to 31)
- You must have a word life:
“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” (Joshua chapter 1 verses 8)
- You must live a fasting life:
“Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.” (Esther chapter 4 verses 16)
- You must walk in love:
34 – “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
35 – By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” (John chapter 13 verses 34 to 35)
- You must be a soul winner:
“The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.” (Proverbs chapter 11 verses 30)
- You must value the gathering of the brethren:
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” (Hebrews chapter 10 verses 25)
- You must be a giver:
“Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.” (Zechariah chapter 1 verses 17)
- You must to spiritual authority placedar over your life:
“Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.” (Acts chapter 20 verses 28)
11 – “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 – For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 – Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:” (Ephesians chapter 4 verses 11 to 13)
