The first mystery of human life
Life is beyond just living. There is more to life than people wondering about as though whatever the day brings is acceptable. They wake up each day without knowing the direction to go. To some is as though they are left over in the realm that they needed to just show up here on earth, not because they have anything significant to contribute to the human race but to experience living and after that they will report back when they are done here on earth.
Some take the earth as a kind of refugee camp where some people without much to do was sent to wile away time. That is why some can go to bed and never wish for the breaking of the day until they are satisfied with sleeping. Some only jump up from bed with the thought of what they will eat. Some also are saturated with the thought of where to hang out and wile away time since there is not much for them to do.
Life is beyond just living
Life is beyond just sleeping, eating and hangout to wile away time. If that is all about life, the existence of man is a misfortune. God forbid that anyone living will be with the thought that life is about sleeping, wake up, eat, hangout and retires to bed again. If this was God’s plan for human life, what a boring place the earth would have been. There will be no meaning to life and there will be no reason to live.
Life is beyond one’s satisfaction. People going about things and all there in is the thought to satisfy oneself and nothing more. They live their lives going about places where they can get high, satisfy their urge, and life is ok by them. They don’t care who is hurt in the process as long as they are satisfied. Nothing in life makes meaning to them once they are not satisfied with pleasing their urge at the moment. They don’t care who they step on, in the process of satisfying themselves. Life only makes meaning to them once they satisfy their urge.
Life is beyond one’s satisfaction
The first mystery of the human life is God’s plan for humanity. God is never a waster for Him to waste His precious time to create and make man in His image after His likeness only for them to be marking time on the earth. You should be concerned as to why you are here on earth. You should be concerned as to why God chose you. You should be concerned as to why God made you and brought you forth. You should be concerned about what God would have you do.
God has a plan concerning you, your life and what you were created to accomplish. God chose you to accomplish a specific task. There are issues to be handle that is why you were brought forth. There are things to make right and you were the right candidate for that. There are mandate that you fit in to get it accomplished and that is the essence of your life and living.
God chose you to accomplish a specific task
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” (Genesis chapter 26 verses 1)
God is great and mighty and He wants to express His greatness through you. God has a great plan for you. Your existence is for the great plans God has for you to accomplish here on earth and to make the earth a beautiful place. There is God’s plan for your life. And God wants you to live and fulfilled those plans. God brought you forth for a purpose well known to Him that all you need is to align.
4 – “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
5 – I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” (John chapter 15 verses 4 to 5)
There is God’s plan for your life
It will be of great interest to know that you are made in the image of God so that you can carry God. Of what use will it have been that man was created in the image of God, yet when you look at man you can’t find God there. The evidence that we are created and made in the image of God is that God lives in us. We are made the carrier of God Almighty. That is the first mystery of the human life and race.
29 – For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 – Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.” (Romans chapter 8 verses 29 to 30.)
Conclusion
“But this precious treasure–this light and power that now shine within us–is held in perishable containers, that is, in our weak bodies. So everyone can see that our glorious power is from God and is not our own.” (2Corinthians chapter 4 verses 7 NLT)
God’s plan is to live in you and to show forth His glory through you. You can’t afford to continue to live your life the way you want. Live your life to please and glorify God. Then you will live a fulfilled life.
