The fate of genuine leadership
It is wise to realise that the course on man’s existence is to occupy a leadership position. Leadership is very vital in existence of man. Man was fashioned, designed, created and made a leadership being. No one can take away leadership from man. Leadership is part of man and his existence. Once you see a man, you have seen leadership. Everyone was created to lead. And in leading, one exercises leadership. People are looking up to you.
There should be this consciousness that everyone is created a leader. And everyone is born a leader. If truly everyone is a born leader, why is it that some persons instead of assuming the position of leadership, they keep running away from it. I understand the fact that some persons have not come to the full knowledge that they are born to lead and exercise leadership. Some that run away from the leadership are doing so because they are afraid of the unknown.
Having full revelation about who you are called to be will go a long way to help you discover your place in leadership
The fate of genuine leadership starts with understanding who you are and who you are born to be. Whenever an individual fails to have knowledge of leadership ends up keeping the person on the place of obscurity. Having full revelation about who you are called to be will go a long way to help you discover your place in leadership. Did you think you can lead? I have over heard people who say they don’t think they are created to lead.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” (Hoses chapter 4 verses 6)
The first fate to genuine leadership is having the knowledge and understanding that you are created to lead. Irrespective of the circumstances surrounding your birth and upbringing, you don’t have to let those experiences cripple your knowledge and understanding that you are a born leader. The knowledge you have about yourself and your leadership skills is the light in you to assist you to grow into genuine leadership.
Anything short to not leading right is not of God. Anywhere you get short of leading right is a detriment to your personality.
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” (Genesis chapte 1 verses 26)
For anyone to exercise and experience genuine leadership we need to come to the knowledge that we were actually chosen for leadership. And you must live to lead right for it is in your power and your responsibility to do so. The proof that you were made in God’s image and likeness is the prove you are destined to lead right and you must lead right. Anything short to not leading right is not of God. Anywhere you get short of leading right is a detriment to your personality.
The fate to genuine leadership is that you are made in God’s character for you to lead God’s way thereby reflecting God’s glory. It is not every leadership that is acceptable. It might be acceptable by men but never accepted by God. For one to exercise and experience genuine leadership it must be displayed in God’s way. It is only in God’s way of leadership that one can truly exercise and experience genuine leadership.
No one can impact and transform lives who is not first a transformed person.
Now you have an understanding that you are a born leader, you have to first of all lead yourself. Yes, you should be capable to accept the truth to lead yourself. It is on the basic you can lead yourself right that you will be able to lead others right. You have to make up your mind and be determined to influence yourself in the right path of leadership so that you will able to lead others in the right path.
It is only leadership exercise on the right track that will achieve its purpose. You must be willing to exercise the right kind of leadership. That is what that is expected of everyone. We are created for good leadership, nothing but good leadership. That is the fate of genuine leadership to impact and transform lives. No one can impact and transform lives who is not first a transformed person.
Conclusion:
You have to pay every price to exercise good and godly leadership. Good leadership is not a choice, just like bad leadership is not an option.
