10 – “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 – Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 – For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 – Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 – Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 – And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 – Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 – And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:” (Ephesians chapter 6 verses 10 to 17)
Any battle won at the spiritual realm has the tendency to manifest from the angle of victory in the physical
When we talk about spiritual warfare it is expected of every believer to understand the concept that part of man is spiritual. There is part of man that relates with the spirit realms. Man came from heaven to take charged of the earth as the king of the earth. Man was all through in the spiritual realm before he was deployed on earth infused in the physical body.
As Christian believers, we need to be acquitted with the fact that so much are happening in the spiritual realm that if believers did not take measures things might be out of place. We have to make good prove of ourselves when we are so tuned in the spirit. Do not forget that the spiritual govern that physlocal. Any battle won at the spiritual realm has the tendency to manifest from the angle of victory in the physical.
9 – And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
10 – Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.” (2Corinthians chapter 12 verses 9 to 10)
“Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.” (1Corianthians chapter 16 verses 13)
“Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,” (Jude chapter 1 verses 24)
It is quite amazing that many Christian believers though that the weapons of our warfare are not canal. Many Christian believers do not understand what spiritual warfare truly entails. Because the Holy Bible says,
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Ephesians chapter 6 verses 12)
The ignorant amongst us often engage the devil as if in a physical wrestling contest. Simply put, stand firm, resist the devil, and then enforce your Victory in Christ Jesus because our Warfare has already been accomplished, and we have the Victory.
Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD’S hand double for all her sins.
Prophet Amos warned under the Inspiration of the Holy Ghost, *”Woe unto them that are at ease at Zion.
“Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, and trust in the mountain of Samaria, which are named chief of the nations, to whom the house of Israel came!” (Amos chapter6 verses 1)
We are soldiers of the Cross, and the enemy is watching us, waiting for us to grant him an opportunity to strike. Therefore, no slouching, no sleeping, no complacency. Remain alert and keep on standing so that you would surely overcome because there is no leave of absence in Spiritual Warfare.
Conclusion:
As believers we obtained the whole armour you have given to us through the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross of Calvary. We are expected to stand firm to be able to combat in the spiritual realm effectively.
