Seize every opportunity God brings to you
At every given opportunity God is bringing your way, it is for you to be part of the responsibility to make that opportunity count. Running away from responsibility does not make you important, it will make you inferior. It does not make you braver, rather it will make you a sucker. You were created original, don’t die inferior. Show me a man who can do nothing, and I will show you a man who do not have a responsibility.
Don’t die a copy for everyone can do something if he believes he was created for change. Running away from your responsibility can cause a painful experience on your path. The responsibility you quit today, is an opportunity you will not experience. Stop seeing just that responsibility and start seeing opportunity. You are created a somebody and you must live to that expectation for it is your responsibility.

It is too late to quit on your responsibility. You were created for that particular responsibility. Any responsibility you quit achieving proves how weak and irresponsible you are. When you quit your responsibility, you quit to be announced. Don’t quit on your responsibility.
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strewed:
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strewed:
27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. (Mathew 25:24-29.)
There is more to discover rather than quitting
One day one of the heads of the department called me and was telling me we need to sit and talk. While he made that statement I was able to picture what he was about to complain to me. I dropped some words at him. Finally we met and he began telling me and giving me reasons why he should not continue as the head of that department. His reasons were genuine, but the question is ‘Who will head that department’? We always want to leave, who are we leaving in our position? Until that question is answered you have no reason to leave that responsibility.
I gave him reasons why he should remain the head of that department. Of course we discussed other issues that enabled him handle that responsibility right. One good thing about responsibility is that it refines and set one better for the greater task ahead. It matures one and takes one where certificates can’t take him or her. I asked my friend to hang a little longer. Leaving is never an option. You want to be remembered for good, don’t quit yet, hang a little longer. There is more to discover rather than quitting.
Conclusion
You should understand that God believes in you and that is He trusted you this much to be a vessel in His hand He can use to turn things around for better and for the best. If you yield yourself to God, He will amazing thing in your life and through your life.
