Searching for the missing rib
There is a missing rib everyone is in search for. That has made everyone incomplete. Until one is able to find his or her missing rib, that person will still be longing for a completeness and fulfillment. There is a vacuum in the life of each individual which requires the second party to fulfill. Until this vacuum is fulfilled, one will keep searching and be in search.
The question is, is there anything like the missing rib? If there is, how sure are we about this missing rib of a thing? Many have not come to the knowledge of searching for the missing rib, they are only keen about relationship. Some are into a relationship because they feel that they need to be in a relationship, not that they are aware they are incomplete. There is a vacuum in everyone that needs an opposite sex to fill it.
The concept of missing rib, calls for relationship
Until one understands the concept of the missing rib, he or she cannot fully understand the concept of true relationship. Relationship is never an event people should dive into because they think they should or want to belong. Why many relationships are passing through trauma is because both parties never understand the real intention of engaging in such relationship.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” (Hosea chapter 4 verses 6)
The concept of missing rib, calls for relationship. Why you see an individual longing for a relationship is because he or she wants the space of the missing rib to get occupied. One of the greatest battle in life is the battle of lack of knowledge. If God says the greatest enemy of the human race is lack of knowledge, that means everyone should fight ignorance with everything.
What a man needs is a woman and what a woman needs is a man
Because of this very concept of missing rib, what a man needs is a woman and what a woman needs is a man. The vacuum of the missing rib can never be filled by the same sex. When it comes to filling the space of the missing rib, a man does not need a man. A woman does not need a woman. It is on this note one needs to understand that homosexual and lesbianism is never God’s plan for humanity. Homosexual and lesbianism is a plan and an agenda from the pit of hell.
18 – And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
19 – And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
20 – And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
21 – And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22 – And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23 – And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” (Genesis chapter 2 verses 18 to 23)
No man and no cattle was suitable for man.
From the scripture above we will understand there is actually a missing rib. Verses 20, And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him. No man and no cattle was suitable for man.
When God provided the missing rib in a full human being, man confessed, ‘This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.’ (Genesis chapter 2 verses 23)
Conclusion:
Now you understand you have a missing rib, you should be careful how you go about it. It is not everyone who comes your way can fit into that vacuum. Be careful of whoever you are giving an opportunity as a second partner in your life. Of course it can make you or mar. That is your responsibility.
