Responsibility defines a leader
There is nothing that can define a leader than responsibility. There was no leadership until the platform of responsibility can come into place. Apparently, it is a place of responsibility that brought about the position of leadership. If there was no responsibility, there wouldn’t have be a place of leadership. Whenever you see a leadership position, lies there is responsibility. According to the book of Genesis chapter 1 verses 26 says,
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”
Whenever you see a leadership position, lies there is responsibility
According to Genesis chapter 1 verses 26, it became obvious that it was the position of governing and ruling the earth that caused the existence of man. If God did not begin creation, He would not have created man. Even when God began creation, God knew it was not yet time for the existence of man. You can see that it does not please God Almighty when an individual lives each day without a responsibility for show for it.
When creation was completed and God saw everything that it was beautiful, God went ahead to create man. It was not that God was lacking relationship, although relationship is important but He went ahead to introduce man because there is a place of responsibility which calls for a leadership position. Man came into place to take up the responsibility to govern the earth.

It bleeds God’s heart when those who are made to lead are not living up to expectations. Responsibility do show up all the time, but to find out the right person with the right mental attitude has been the cry of the day. At some point God began to talk to prophet Ezekiel on this very note. According to Ezekiel chapter 22 verses 30 says,
“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.”
Man was not created to occupy space, neither was man created to sit on a position only. Man was created to exercise full dominion and that calls for responsibility. Nothing distinguished men, woman or leaders than the responsibility they were able to embrace to make the world a better place. You are ordained a true leader, it’s wise you make yourself responsible through embracing the responsibilities that will affect lives around your society at large.

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:” (2 Timothy chapter 4 verses 7 KJV)
