Leadership of the dark stirs up envy
One of the ways to identify leadership of the dark is when envy emanates. Of course there is envy that could be positive and there is envy that could be negative. When it is from the positive perspective, it stirs up and awaken the potentials in an individual and push it into challenges that will harness the best of him or her. But in the perspective of negative envy, it is linked with disasters. It is never a safe one.
Negative envy is what brought about leadership of the dark. No one who is genuine in his leadership will entertain envy. Every genuine leader understands the fact that we are all born leaders and everyone is made to lead in different capacity. Envy do emancipate when people loose it in their place of secured leadership, when they should concentrate more on themselves and trust God to stir up the leadership potential bestowed on them to enable them discharge their leadership effectively and efficiently.
1 – And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.
2 – And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
3 – And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD.
4 – And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
5 – But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
6 – And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?” (Genesis chapter 4 verses 1 to 6)
Every genuine leader understands the fact that we are all born leaders and everyone is made to lead in different capacity.
What makes you think you can’t do better? Who makes you feel you are inferior? What is it that makes you look down on yourself? Who said you can’t do better? What makes you believe you are a complete failure? You can always get it right. You can do better. You are a great leader created in the image and likeness of God Almighty.
Envy steps in when one think less of himself. Envy occupy when one starts thinking he is created inferior. Envy rules when one believes he is incapable. Envy directs when one accepts the fact he is not worth it. You don’t have to yield to such lie from the pit of hell. If you must become better and do great things in your leadership, you need to do away with any form of negative envy.

The same blood flow in their veins and yet when envy steeps in, it poisons the whole mind of one that he throws away the fact they were brothers from the same parents and the same blood flows in them. He lift up his hands against his fellow brother. Whenever envy steps in, leadership of the dark steps in. Whenever envy is in charge, disaster is inevitable.
Let us have a critical look on the bible verses above, two of them had an opportunity to offer unto God Almighty. God accepted the service of one person and disapproved the service of the other. There should be an awakening for Cain to ask what went wrong with God not accepting his offer. He had the opportunity to approached and enquire of God why his offer was rejected. Yet he never deemed it right to ask the right question, and because he never asked, he never received word that would have help to cast out envy.
Whenever envy steps in, leadership of the dark steps
He never made such move to enquire from God, instead he picked offence with his brother. Even when God stepped in to inform him that he should not be wrath, yet that did not make any impart in him. When envy saturates the mind, it brings forth destruction. If envy was to be a visitor, do not welcome it in. It causes more harm than good. He killed his brother and that brought an eternal mess in his life.
Conclusion
Envy is the cancer of the soul. Get rid of it as fast as you can. Envy has the capacity to ruin someone’s leadership and cause eternal consequences.
