There is no controversy with the naive person taking up the leadership position. Leadership in never designed for the naive mind; Leadership was ever designed for those who has seize the opportunity to learn the act of leadership and are willing to lead effectively. One who has genuinely learnt the proper act of leadership will genuinely be eager to reciprocate the integrity of leadership without any compromise.
The naive persons are the most vulnerable people to occupy the position of leadership. They don’t know and do not understand the act of leadership. They do not understand what it takes to lead effectively. They do not know the standard to display an effective and efficient leadership. To such kind of people anything can go. They can seek advice both to the right and wrong persons which can arrive him on the phase of confusion to act right or to act wrongly.
Leadership positive is very sensitive
Nothing is as deadly as a naive person taking up a leadership position to lead humans who are hoping and trusting for a better future. There is no true and genuine future with a naive person who has not learned the act of effective leadership before stepping into such position. One thing is such as he leads, either he will humble himself and exposes his inability to lead effectively to the right set of people who will sincerely come down to guide him through the act of effective leadership; or he will arrogantly and proudly lead the people to damnation.
It is the ultimate height of stupidity to be a follower of a naive person. No matter how honestly he claims to know the path, soonest or later both of you will fall into the ditch. Obviously it is a serious malady for naive person to lead. It is not far from a blind leading a blind. How will the destination be like?
Follow someone who knows the destination
You must prepare to take up the full responsibility of leadership before you steps on such position. Leadership is a very delicate and sensitive position that was never made for anyone who is not yet ready to assume the position. Remember everyone is born a leader but not everyone emerge a leader. The reason is simple because it is not everyone that is willing to pay the price to obtain the knowledge and skills for effective and efficient leadership.
Leadership is a respecter of nobody. If you are not ready for it, do not step into it. It is like a fire and it has actually dealt with some persons. A naive person no matter how he or she pretends to lead, he or she does not have enough light to shine through the path of his or her leadership to the expected destination.
Make sure you are prepare to lead right
In Genesis chapter one verses one and two says,
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
You can see God was not naive about the whole process of creation and exhibitions of leadership. He created the heaven and the earth. When the earth was without form and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep, God was not moved. He had already prepared for the leadership process before He made the move. Darkness gave Him an option but He did not succumbed to that because He was already aware of the leadership to display.
Conclusion
We are created in the image and likeness of God Almighty and we are expected to lead effectively and efficiently. Do not accept any kind of leadership as though it is the right kind of leadership. While some will lead to beautiful destination, some will lead to damnation. Naive people in leadership are likely to end in damnation.
