Keep speaking positive to yourself
I specifically asked for favour today!
Have you ever felt that you jinx your goodluck. Have you ever avoided praying for favour for the day so that your day would not turn out worse than it was suopposed to be? I have!
Once I went to a computer centre to check my result status. I was with a friend that came for the same purpose. We logged in and apparently mine was not showing because of network. She was asked to try, and guess what? Hers went as smooth as possible. I tried once more, it refused to go. Till we left that place it was impossible to access my profile.
Do you know what kept ringing in my head? “But I prayed for favour today.” “I specifically asked for favour today!” I was so upset and my faith went to subzero.
Satan is a liar and the father of all liars
The devil so dealt with me that I avoided praying for favour in any activity I want to do for the day. I don’t know how long this lasted but it was a very trying period for me.
What error we commit at anytime we let delay get in the way of our prayers. We so believe in the negative that we do not even discuss some things with the creator of the universe because we are afraid that the mere thought of the goodluck will absolutely jinx it for us.
Satan is a liar and the father of all liars. Why? The bible says that God will do to us as He hears us say.
“Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:” (Numbers chapter 14 verses 28)
So how can you not speak positively into your life.
I hear people say “jokingly,” “I have coconut head” and I wondered. I don’t joke with what I say to myself. It is my power over my life. Death and life is in the power of the tongue!
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” (Proverbs chapter 18 verses 21)
When you feel like favour is far, keep speaking over it. Pray and continue praying for favour. It is a strategy of victory! Be tenacious, it is your right.
Conclusion
Everything has been made available to us if not, why will the bible instructs us that we should go into the world and multiply. It is not in the sexual reproductive sense only, but in other areas of our lives. All power has been made available to us. Exercise your dominion.
