It is not in your power slay God anointed
[1] “And it came to pass, when Saul was returned from following the Philistines, that it was told him, saying, Behold, David is in the wilderness of En-gedi.
[2] Then Saul took three thousand chosen men out of all Israel, and went to seek David and his men upon the rocks of the wild goats.
[3] And he came to the sheepcotes by the way, where was a cave; and Saul went in to cover his feet: and David and his men remained in the sides of the cave.
[4] And the men of David said unto him, Behold the day of which the LORD said unto thee, Behold, I will deliver thine enemy into thine hand, that thou mayest do to him as it shall seem good unto thee. Then David arose, and cut off the skirt of Saul’s robe privily.
[5] And it came to pass afterward, that David’s heart smote him, because he had cut off Saul’s skirt.
[6] And he said unto his men, The LORD forbid that I should do this thing unto my master, the LORD’s anointed, to stretch forth mine hand against him, seeing he is the anointed of the LORD.
[7] So David stayed his servants with these words, and suffered them not to rise against Saul. But Saul rose up out of the cave, and went on his way.
[8] David also arose afterward, and went out of the cave, and cried after Saul, saying, My lord the king. And when Saul looked behind him, David stooped with his face to the earth, and bowed himself.
[9] And David said to Saul, Wherefore hearest thou men’s words, saying, Behold, David seeketh thy hurt?
[10] Behold, this day thine eyes have seen how that the LORD had delivered thee to day into mine hand in the cave: and some bade me kill thee: but mine eye spared thee; and I said, I will not put forth mine hand against my lord; for he is the LORD’s anointed.” (1 Samuel chapter 24 verses1to10 KJV)
Be careful trying to slay the one God is still working on, you can get destroy.
We are in a dispensation where people are so quick to talk bad about the men of God and they are not sober about it. You can’t talk against a man of God without receiving the pay back dividend from the One that called Him, for your nonchalant attitude. It does not matter how hurt you may think you are, in your state of hurt you should know your boundary.
It is God’s anointed and never your anointed. It is God’s ordained and never your ordained. It is God’s approved and never your approved. It is God that called and never you that called. It is God that made the calling and never your calling. It is God’s chosen and never your chosen. It is God’s appointed and never your appointed. It is God that justified and it is never you to justify. Everything about every man of God is all about God. You can’t step in between God and man without getting burned. Be careful trying to slay the one God is still working on, you can get destroyed.
“Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.” (Romans chapter 8 verses 30 KJV)
Stop making yourself the lord in the affair of God Almight
No one has the right to condemn who God has not condemned. Stop making yourself the lord in the affair of God Almighty. It is God that qualifies the unqualified and if God qualifies the unqualified in the human sense, let God be the judge. You can’t be a judge when you are not qualified to judge. What makes you think you can place judgement and criticise the anointed of God.
Even when the person in quote is faulty, it is never one’s right to judge and criticise. Before you judge, criticise and slay God’s anointed, be sure if you are found in the same scenario, you will not be found guilty. Everyone is found innocent because he or she has not been given an opportunity. Once they have the opportunity, what is the prove they will remain innocent. What is the guarantee they will stand?
Conclusion:
[2] “For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
[3] And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
[4] Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
[5] Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.” (Matthew chapter 7 verses 2 to 5 KJV)
You have to bear it in mind that no man has arrived in that land called perfection.
