If you hurt people on your way up, you will be hurt on your way down
Looking at the society today, one cannot deny the fact that some persons are actually vessels of destruction. If they chose such course in their right senses or not, one thing that is paramount here is that it is their decisions. Whether they are forced into being a vessel of destruction, they have some how in their mind nurtured the thought of becoming a vessel as an option to survive in a time like this.
“The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.” (Psalms chapter 53 verses 1 KJV)
It is foolishness that has made some persons to start acting abnormally. How can one who is entrusted to take proper care of a commodity then start destroying the commodity which is entrust in his or her hands? Even if the same commodity belongs to some else, it is legit that you should be your brother’s keeper. Once you start going contrary to the purpose you were created, causing more harm to those around you and the society at large, you are simply saying there is no God.
Becoming the right vessel
If truly there is no God, that means you designed, fashioned, create and made yourself. May be you might be conceding with those who believe money is their father and chimpanzee is their grand father. Every good and perfect gift comes from God Almighty. You are a gift to your family, your society and this generation. Do not live to be a curse to your family, society and the generation at large. Do not be that person whose way of debauched life is wise in his or her eyes.
“The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.” (Proverbs chapter 12 verses 15 KJV)
“A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.” (Proverbs chapter 14 verses 16 KJV)
Don’t become a polluted vessel
Many diaspora who found themselves in strange lands, due to what is confronting them in such land, have thrown away their good virtues and obtained a wrong virtue which have turned them into vessels of destruction. Circumstances is never a reason to throw away one’s reputation for one’s selfish interest. Any thing in life that made one to transact his or her integrity is not worth it.
Your excuse might be genuine why you have to compromise but is it justifiable? Yes, after you must have explained why you acted the way you did, people will see reasons with you and try to justify your action even when your action have caused some damages. The question is, is that the only option? Must you step on and hurt people for you to acquire your heart desires? Anything you pursue in this life that requires you hurt people feelings to gain gratification is not worth it.

If you hurt people on your way up, you will be hurt on your down. You were created to do people good on your way so that you might receive goodness on your way down. You can never enjoy life as a diaspora at the expense of causing others pain. If you cause people pain, you will receive pain in due time in greater measures. If you do good to people, people will do you good in due season. Nothing in life is accident. It is the way it occurs that made people think it’s an accident. No that is the time of manifestation. That is the way of life that one will reap whatever he or she sows
“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” (Galatians chapter 6 verses 7 KJV)
“He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the wind: and the fool shall be servant to the wise of heart.” (Proverbs chapter 11 verses 29 KJV)
Conclusion
It does not matter the circumstances and situations surrounding you, though it might seem tough but it is not a reason to slack. It is not a reason to embark on the same act you once forbade. In whatever decision you are about to make, always think of your reputation.
