God is the reality of everything
There is no reality without God. God is the source of all reality. Without Him nothing was made. He called forth light out of darkness. He caused the greater light to rule by the day and the lesser one to rule by night. Out of water He called forth land. He caused the water to bring forth aquatic creatures. He caused the land to bring forth herbs and trees. Every thing was made by Him and He looked at everything and said, “It is good.” I want you to know that God is the original of everything created. Devil only came with imitations with is fake. God is the reality of everything.
When it was time to get someone who will take charge of every creature, no being was found worthy. Not even the angels. God has to duplicate Himself in the form of man so as to have a suitable steward. Man created in His image and likeness of God propelled man to have a deeper understanding to enforce God’s will.
There is no reality without God
In Genesis 2 verses 16 to 17, the fear of man towards God was introduced.
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
The fear of man towards God was not to scare man. It was not for man to feel less. It was not to keep man away from God. It was not to create demarcation between God and man. It was not for man to see himself as no more god on earth. It was not for man to shy away from responsibility. The whole idea was for man to constantly have a concrete relationship with God, reverence for God, to keep man in good and perfect terms with God.
God meant the best for man kind and one of the way to established that so as to keep man in constant alignment to His plans and purpose for human race was to introduced a law for man’s total obedience to God. Moreover it is in the fear of God that man can prove how much he love and reverence God. It is in the fear of God that man will maintain his dominion on the earth.
The fear of man towards God was not to scare man
God is reality. There is no true reality without God. Every good and perfect gift comes from God. It is on this note that every living soul should reverence God with all that is within them.
Let us seize this moment to quickly look at the word FEAR from God’s very perspective,
FEAR Means:
F : First
E : Evidence
A : Aligning to
R : Reality
Fear simply means First Evidence Aligning to Reality.
The fear of God is a connector force that binds man in alignment with God Almighty. The fear of God constantly keeps man in check and in shape with his relationship and walk with God. If there is no fear of God in the part of man, there will be no complete obedient in the part of man.
“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” (James chapter 1 verses 17 KJV)
Conclusion
Creation began with God. There was no true reality until God stepped out for creation and began to called things into place.
