You are your personal leader
2 – “Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth.
3 – Do this now, my son, and deliver thyself, when thou art come into the hand of thy friend; go, humble thyself, and make sure thy friend.

You have to take the full responsibility of whatever the outcome of your action is.
You need to understand that when God created man, He did not tamper with his will power. Everything about humanity is done at his will. Be it good or bad are all the choice of man’s will. Whatever that occurs around man and its environment, are his choice. Every individual has the power to decide what happens to him or her and around their environment. You need to understand that you are your personal leader.
You are your personal leader because you are the only one who can tell yourself the truth. You can’t hit your chest to say that you can’t identify what is good when you set your eyes on one. You can’t also hit your chest to say you can’t identify evil when you set your eyes on one. You are up to your choice. You have to take the full responsibility of whatever the outcome of your action is.
When things go wrong, you will be held responsible. When things go well, you will be held responsible.
It is never required of you to throw the blame of any misfortune at anyone. When the going is good, it is your fault. When the going goes bad, it is your fault. Though people may advice you in taking a particular decision to navigate through a process, but sometimes it does not turn out as expected. Yet you have to take it upon yourself that you are responsible of whatever that happens to you. Even when people give you advice, you take the final decision of them all and hope things will turn out right.
Stop blaming people when you should be blaming yourself. Stop holding people responsible for the misfortune that has befallen your organisation when you should hold yourself responsible. Nothing occurs accidentally when you took all the time to arrive at your decision. You should be responsible for the decision you make. When things go wrong, you will be held responsible. When things go well, you will be held responsible.
You can’t think you are wiser than an ant when you can’t deploy the right techniques to elude any unnecessary occurrence and embrace the expected results.

It was the wisest man that advocated that every individual should go and learn from the way of the ant. How can people with full brain go to learn from an ant. As little as the ant may be, it has an important message to pass to every individual on the note to take full responsibility on our leadership and make the right decision for a beautiful outcome. You can’t think you are wiser than an ant when you can’t deploy the right techniques to elude any unnecessary occurrence and embrace the expected results.
Being part of the team makes you relevant and it is your responsibility to prove your relevance.
Though the ant does not have leader to guide them, yet they are the personal leader knowing what to do and they go ahead doing it effectively. You have to go the extra mile to take certain responsibility upon yourself, not because you are the head leader in the organisation, but because you are part of the team. Being part of the team makes you relevant and it is your responsibility to prove your relevance.
Apparently, because you are part of the team, you are the leader so make up your mind and be willing to do the right thing. Irrespective of the circumstances surrounding the entire environment and people feeling reluctant to act, you have to make up your mind to act right. That is why you are your leader and I believe you will always want to lead yourself right.
