6 KEYS TO CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE OF FAITH TO RECEIVE
1. You must believe that God is well able.
7 Blessed and happy and to be envied are those whose iniquities are forgiven and whose sins are covered up and completely buried.
8 Blessed and happy and to be envied is the person of whose sin the Lord will take no account nor reckon it against him.
9 Is this blessing (happiness) then meant only for the circumcised, or also for the uncircumcised? We say that faith was credited to Abraham as righteousness. (Roman’s chapter 4 verses 7 to 9 AMP)
Any time Abraham met with God, faith comes in.
20 – “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 – Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22 – For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” (Proverbs chapter 4 verses 20 to 22)
Always keep your testimony before you, to keep your faith booming.
2. You must keep your prayer alter on fire.
5 – “And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;
6 – For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?
7 – And he from within will answer, Do not disturb me; the door is now closed, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot get up and supply you [with anything]?” [Luke chapter 11 verses 5 to 7 AMP]
8 – I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.
9 – And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
10 – For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
11 – If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
12 – Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
13 – If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” (Luke chapter 11 verses 8 to 13)
Communion with God in the place of prayer produce faith.
3. You must create an image of your expectations or desires in your mind.
1 – “After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.
2 – And Abram said, Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus?
3 – And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.
4 – And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.
5 – And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.” (Genesis chapter15 verses 1 to 5)
Your expectation is a driving force that will keep you going even when the going gets tough.
“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,” (Ephesians chapter 3 verses 20)
There is a law called the law of imagination. Your life can only produce the word you have inside of you.
4. You must maintain the right confession.
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” (Hebrews chapter 11 verses 13)
Your words will make you or mar you. Be careful of the word you speak into your life and your future. You are making creation when you speak.
5. You must walk in love.
“For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.” (Galatians chapter 5 verses 6)
6. You must act towards your desire.
4 – “By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
5 – By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
6 – But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Hebrews chapter 11 verses 4 to 6)
You have to act in line to what you are believing God for. God meets you at the point of your action.
Conclusion:
Faith has nothing to do with the five senses. There is faith to create an atmosphere of possibility to receive. It is individual’s responsibility to create such atmosphere and sustain it. It is never enough to believe God for something, you have to keep your faith on fire until you see your heart desire.
