He that finds a wife

“Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.” (Proverbs chapter 18 to 22)

There is a need in a man’s life that finding a wife will be the only way out

The greatest need in the heart of a man after he has found his place in God’s plan for his life, is to find a wife. There is something about a man and the wife that is beyond just ordinary person’s comprehension. There is a need in a man’s life that finding a wife will be the only way out. Nothing else can ever make any impact to quench such need in the life of any man until he finds a wife.

He that finds a wife has found a true friend. One of the needs in the man’s life is to find a true friend he can trust with everything he has without fear of losing them. It only takes a true friend to keep the relationship alive even when there are issues. There are periods in the journey of a man when the going will get tough, fake friends will run away and no way to be found.  But true friend will always stick with him and understand they are into this together.

There are those you must have discussed some issues with which you believe they should keep it themselves, but when there is a little controversy between both of you, they use what should have been kept secret to use it against him. It grieves the heart when such is coming from someone you thought you could trust. Here you are, the one who seem to be the best friend for you, has made clear that she was never good enough for you. You regretted the whole process knowing full well that you guys was never made to develop a relationship in the first place.

“A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.” (Proverbs chapter 12 verses 4)

Any woman is never every woman in attribute and character. This is one fact every man needs to clear from their head as they journey through the path in search of a wife. There is something about a wife than just any woman. No man can finds any woman and think he has found a wife. Any man can find any woman, but to finds a wife requires carefully deliberated processes to be able to find her.

There are many women but few wives. This is obvious and that is why any man that is able to find a wife is made. Do not forget that what every man needs is a wife. You see, every man should come to the full knowledge and understanding that what he needs is a wife, not just a woman as some men do say.

You can get a woman without seeing a wife in the person. You can’t find a wife without seeing a woman in her. A woman can be void of the true qualities that make her a wife material. A wife is someone who with time understands that she will someday be under a man and start cultivating and developing the qualities that will enable her discharge her duty effectively.

The women with such high quality of understanding to fully compliment a man was described a virtuous woman by the wisest man who ever lived. Every female is born a woman but not every woman is attributed as a wife.

10 – Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

11 – The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.” (Proverbs chapter 31 verses 10 to 11)

Do not forget that the same king Solomon says he has seen something bitter than death in the book of Ecclasiatic  chapter 7 verses 26,

“And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her.”

A woman who is not yet refined through developing the right character and the art of submission, has what it takes to drag a man into obscurity. It only takes a woman who yields herself to cultivating the right character to become a source of value by humbling herself that will stand the test of a true wife.

Conclusion:

Every man is not looking for a woman, every man is looking for a wife. Stop making yourself a woman so cheap to any man but be the wife who is so valuable to her husband. Whosoever finds a wife shall prosper beyond measure than he ever did. May you be a wife.
