Men does not clamour for title

Title is the deficiency to man potency. Men was never created to go after title, man was created to go after responsibility. Everything that man seeks to proof his relevant is coted in responsibility. Many this day seek one Chieftaincy or the other because they thought that is where their relevant lies. People go after title though life depends on title. The wisest man ever lived called it vanity upon vanity. Title birthed without responsibility is vanity upon vanity.

2 – Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity.

3 – What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun?

4 – One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever.

5 – The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose.

6 – The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits.

7 – All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again.

8 – All things are full of labour; man cannot utter it: the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.

9 – The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

10 – Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.

11 – There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after. (Ecclesiastes chapter 1 verses 2 to 11)

Men does not clamour for titles, they clamour for responsibility.

What a wicked world were men who were made to be genuine leaders were later found they were never made to lead. They seek for such position because of title ship. They lack the character to lead well. That is the reason of them cannot perform their true responsibilities to affect lives. In leadership  when title is the goal, abuse is in evitable. Be responsibility driven and not title driven. I speak of my country Nigeria and my continent Africa. When title is more of the order of the day than taking up responsibility that will affect the lives of the people and the society at large, that will cause mismanagement.

There is a making of men. It takes passing through the furnace of discipline to become a true man. A true man is not defined by the position he occupy or by the title he bears; the true definition of a man comes from what he can offer. Embracing responsibility is the right track to the making of men.

Be responsibility driven and not title driven

Jesus said to them, “Come with me. I’ll make a new kind of fisherman out of you. I’ll show you how to catch men and women instead of perch and bass.” (MSG)

Jesus Christ became the saviour of the world not going after title, Jesus Christ became the saviour of the world by going after responsibility. After His death on the cross, His resurrection gave Him a name above every names. Jesus obtained that by the responsibility He chose to carry out and got it finish. That is why He said in John chapter 4 verses 34,

“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.”

If it were to be for the sake of position and leadership, Jesus would have said unto them, “My position is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.” By the time Jesus made this statement He was Jesus of Nazareth. But by time He accomplished His responsibility, He became the saviour of the world, the King of kings and Lord of lords.

Conclusion

Men clamour for responsibility to be able to impart life’s so as to make the world a better place than they met it. It does not matter whether you are a male or female, short or tall, dark or fair, fat or slim, every individual has something he or she owns for this generation. Let title don’t be your driven, let embracing responsibility be your driven.
