Reason not to quit
In every of your endeavor there is a reason to hang a little longer and never to quit. One day one of the heads of the department called me and was telling me we need to sit and talk. While he made that statement I was able to picture what he was about to complain to me. I dropped some words at him. Finally we met and he began telling me and giving me reasons why he should not continue as the head of that department. His reasons were genuine, but the question is ‘Who will head that department’? We always want to leave, who are we leaving in our position? Until that question is answered you have no reason to leave that responsibility.
I gave him reasons why he should remain the head of that department. Of course we discussed other issues that enabled him handle that responsibility right. One good thing about responsibility is that it refines and set one better for the greater task ahead. It matures one and takes one where certificates can’t take him or her. I asked my friend to hang a little longer. Leaving is never an option. You want to be remembered for good, don’t quit yet, hang a little longer. There is more to discover rather than quitting.

Quitting your responsibility does no good but can harm everything. Nobody can be described as been inferior, but quitting one’s responsibility can prove so. Every responsibility is to release a value that will beautify the society and our world. Any responsibility one fails to accomplish becomes a bigger threat to the next generation. It was the responsibility Samson failed to fully execute, that made the philistine threaten the host of Israelites army. If you fail to effectively execute your responsibility, the generation after you will feel its heat.
As long as you have gathered the urge and energy in the first place to go about your responsibility, that means you have all it takes to accomplish it. It is in your power to succeed at your responsibility and not to quit. If you must live to your responsibility thereby making your life to count, quiting from your responsibility is not an option. Quitters they said never win.
Any responsibility one fails to accomplish becomes a bigger threat to the next generation.
If you want to live to your responsibility and live to fulfill the life you are called to live, do not quit on your responsibility. If you want to be a winner some day, the answer to that desire is simply don’t quit on your responsibility. Those who quit on their responsibility always amount to nobody.
Great men and women in the world have fallen more than once. They are been celebrated because they never quitted on their responsibility when the storms of mistake blew on their faces.
3 REALITIES ABOUT GOD AND YOU
- God was sure and steadfast during creation.
1 – The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
2 – Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.
3 – Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels. (Jeremiah chapter 18 verses 1 to 3 KJV)
- You have everything to be sure and steadfast towards your responsibility.
4 – And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
5 – Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
6 – O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel. (Jeremiah chapter 18 verses 4 to 6 KJV)
- You need to totally depend on God.
4 – Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
5 – I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. (John chapter 15 verses 4 to 5 KJV)
Conclusion
You have what it takes to accomplish your responsibility. Keep pressing on and you will live to tell the story how you overcome.
