It is in your power to fire your passion toward your responsibility. Of course, your goal, your dream and your vision are all your responsibility. The power to accomplish them should be stir right from in side of you. It is no one responsibility, but it is your responsibility. No one should be blame on how you turn out. You will be praise when you turn out right. Seize it to your effort to turn out right.

- Prioritize your responsibility according to your passion. In economics, there is what they call scale of preference. First thing first. One thing at a time. One achievement before the other. One success before another.
- Guide you passion towards accomplishing your responsibility jealously. On this note you may need some adjustment. If you want to keep the fire burning, you need more fire wood. You need to take off some friends and make new ones that will stir up your passion towards accomplishing your responsibility.
John Maxwell will put it this way, “There are two kinds of people firelighters and firefighters.”
Firelighter: These are those who will go out of their way to help you keep your fire hot.
Firefighters: These are those who will throw cold water on the fire of passion that burns within you.
- Pursue your passion towards accomplishing your responsibility with whatever you have. Whatever it will take to successfully accomplish your responsibility, go ahead and get it done. It is not just enough to discover your responsibility; it’s taking the ultimate steps to get it accomplished. Being passionate is the key.
One uniqueness about being passionate is that it can transform an average person into a person of excellence. Check people of excellence, they are those who are so passionate with what they are after.

- You are a complete product of God’s passion.

- God so delighted in you to show forth His glory through you.
