Never you start what you will not be proud to finish
leadership was designed for one to lead right.
“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” (Genesis 1:2-3)
When God encountered darkness, He was at the vent if He should continue in the dark or not. That should tell us something as humans. You see God when He encountered darkness in His process to show leadership, He was never in a hurry to proceed. Don’t be in a hurry to jump into leadership, if not you might regret why you started in the first place. God took all the time to think of the next line of action to take, that is why we read the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the water.
No one can be wiser than God in taking up the leadership leading. He is the One that initiated leadership and it is up to Him to set the right example to lead right and for man to emulate. God ultimate plan is the get it right from the beginning. Yes, He thought it wise that every thing needs to experience the right setting. It is on the bases of observing the right setting that leadership can drive effectively.
Shun every leadership of the dark
Never you start what you will not be proud to finish. This is what you should know about God Almighty. Whatever God started on the account of creation, He was able and proud to finished in a grand style. It is also wise as human to emulate such an awesome leadership attitude from God.
On the account of Genesis one verses two, “And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.”
Though it was God that created the heaven and the earth, yet He never gave any remark on the earth He created because things were not right. You should not be comfortable with that leadership life style knowing full well it will not make an inch toward an effective and efficient leadership.
The best of leadership is found in the leadership of the light.
“And God said, let there be light: and there was light.
And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided light from the darkness.” (Genesis 1:3-4)
When God introduced the light, it was accompanied with a remarkable statement that it is good. The best of leadership is not found in the leadership of the dark; the best of leadership is found in the leadership of the light.
As you journey through the process of leadership, it is expedient you maintain the right style of leadership which is the leadership in the light for an effective and life transforming leadership style.
And God saw the light, that it was good. Remember God first saw the darkness. In other words, “And God saw the darkness, that it was not good.”
There are two different kinds of leadership according to the bible. Though we are yet to exploit into these two kinds of leadership in the coming topics; If you understand the settling, the process will not be much difficult to walk and run through.
Conclusion:
You can clearly understand God’s perspective between the leadership of the dark and the leadership of the light. Transparency is the key for effective and efficient leadership.
