God always expect us to discover the true kind of leadership
Leadership of the dark is the worst style of leadership anyone should embark on. Any leadership that is not in an alignment to God’s leadership style will always lead to regret and frustration.
“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” Genesis 1:2
When God stepped out for leadership, He never wanted to start a leadership style that will lead to regret, frustration and depression. Many leaders today who have practiced the leadership of the dark end up bitter and frustrated. Some end up committing suicide as the only means to avail the burden in their heart.
Discover and develop the true kind of leadership:
You see, you have a choice to choose the kind of leadership you will exhibit. It is your responsibility to choose the leadership style you will develop yourself into so as to live a happy fulfilled live. It is in your power to stand by what is right and pay the prize to live by what is right for a true legacy.
We are created is the image and in the likeness of God Almighty. If God detested the leadership of the dark, we should also detest any attributes associated with the leadership of the dark. Our attitude towards leadership should not be contradicting God’s kind of leadership if we are thinking as well hoping of being on the same page with God.
Grow and live by the true kind of leadership:
God’s standard remains His standard and it is the ultimate standard. God’s standard of leadership cannot be compromised because of the inadequacy of man. God always expects us to discover the truth, develop on the truth, grow in the truth and live by the truth.
Leadership of the dark is a threat to an individual’s potentials. You should note that transparency is void in the leadership in the dark. Whatever that lacks transparency, lacks integrity. Lack of transparency, lack of integrity and many more are the attributes of the leadership of the dark. You can see why God never admitted the process to precede His leadership in the dark. That would have caused more harm and it wouldn’t have created any good.
Conclusion:
God always expect us to discover the truth, develop on the truth, grow in the truth and live by the truth. We are here to represent God and let us lead the God’s way.
