Leadership of the dark is as dangerous leading
Leadership in the dark will never produce anything meaningful. Nothing is made obvious in the dark. It will be a complete mess to begin any inventory in the dark and believe to arrive to an awesome destination. That will be insane.
God Almighty never thought of that. He never started in the dark, He only encountered darkness and He never proceeded with darkness.
“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” Genesis 1:2
There is nothing beautiful with the leadership of the dark.
Those who lead in the dark does not truly understand the ridiculous scene they are creating. According to genesis chapter one verses two. Leadership of the dark makes things be without a true form. That is why things are not the way things are meant to be. Everything that is done in the dark has never arrived to a successful ending. Why are things not done in the right knowledge? It is because of lack of true knowledge. There is nothing beautiful with the leadership of the dark.
In leadership of the dark things are void. Nothing reasonable is happening there. People who are made to become vessel of honour, end up becoming empty vessel which cannot contain any substance of significance. They became porous and suffer inferiority complex. Their lives are ineffective because leadership of the dark is ineffective.
Nothing significant will be reveal in the midst of darkness.
No one should ever have anything to do with this kind of leadership which can only constitute destitution of the mind and the soul. It does not matter how one may try to justify the means, leadership of the dark has no value attached to it.
Leadership of the dark generates more darkness than usual. Remember the earth was not just without form and void, but darkness was upon the face of everything. Leadership of the dark is all about enthroning darkness. Darkness will always thrive wherever it is allowed. Nothing good will thrive in the midst of darkness. Nothing significant will be revealed in the midst of darkness.
Elude any darkness if you must lead right
“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” Genesis 1:2
That is why it took God Almighty to pause for a while before He preceded His leading. You have to deal with the darkness encroached your leadership if you will make any significant impact.
Conclusion:
Since we have come to realized there is nothing meaningful with the leadership of the dark, let strive to put it off as God Almighty did. That is when you will be significant in your leadership.
