God is the originator of leadership
When God stepped out for creation and to reveal leadership, He encountered darkness in the very early stage of His leadership experience on the earth. God is the originator of leadership, the creator of everything. If anyone who desires to lead effectively, he must understand God’s perspective of leadership. When God created the heaven and the earth, He had an option to precede His leadership of the dark.
“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” Genesis 1:2
God is the originator of leadership but He is not the originator of the leadership of the dark. I want us to understand that it was God that created the heaven and the earth. He would have proceeded His leadership without first introducing light. When darkness was upon the face of the deep, God had the capacity to call things into place but He was not in a hurry to do such. He was never in a hurry to cause eternal damnation with His leadership exhibition. He was not in hurry to create a platform and leadership skill that will scatter all He has created and was about to create in a space of time.
Do not start your leading in the dark
It is wise never to start leading than leading in the dark. There is so much reproach embarking the leadership of the dark. It will always lead to damnation if not corrected as fast as possible.
“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.” Genesis 1:2A
Leadership of the dark gave God so much concern. If it got God such concern, it should give you much concern too. Remember we are created in the image and after the likeness of God. God had a deep thought about the effect of His leadership before He proceeded. Leadership of the dark must be eradicated. One of the tragedy about the leadership of the dark is that one cannot see far because things are not made visible in obscurity.
Think deep about that leading
“And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” Genesis 1:2B
Obviously, God was checking out things. You can see God Lord Almighty that has the capacity to make all things show up at once was never in the hurry to bring things into place. At the point when the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the water, God was teaching calmness and patience. Anyone who desire to right right must know the place of observing calmness and patience. Whatever God did at that very moment will reveal leadership. He was having the right thoughts about going through the process of leadership that will enable man exercise full authority and complete dominion. Yes, God analyzed the implications to precede His leadership in the dark. You have to realize that in this whole process, God was not thinking about Himself alone. He had man in mind. He thought about you, He thought about me and He did not want to set the wrong standard of leadership. He is a God of excellence and perfection. He wants us when we lead let us have excellent and perfection in view.
If God did not deem it wise to precede His leadership in the dark, no one should deem it right. No man intention can override God’s intention and standard about anything. God is the source of everything, and He knows of everything towards man.
Conclusion
Leadership of the dark is not the right kind of leadership, it will only lead to complete obscurity and damnation. Man was never meant to associate with such kind of leadership because it does not reveal God\’s glory.
