You have to believe you can

Do not forget that God was the first diasporan that ever existed even before the existence of man. When God stepped out in the first place, He believed He can. That alone made a lot of different in overcoming every situation that surface that you can, definitely you will.

Believing in oneself is one of the major factors to succeed as a diasporan. It is the right time to stop admitting whatever circumstances bring your way to alter your belief. You must believe to be too strong to face and conquer any strange situation. You must believe you have what it takes to keep pressing forward. No matter what you get to stand and stand strong.

You have to be steadfast

You are not meant to move by what circumstances throw at you. you are not meant to move by what the situation and society is saying. You just have to stand by what you believe. You have to be steadfast. Though it is going to be tough at the beginning, there is going to be a beautiful ending. Things might be rough this day, there are going to be smooth in the later days.

Genesis 1:1 says, “And the earth was without form, and void: and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.”

Tough times are part of the journey experience

Tough times are part of the life journey of a diaspora. It is a strange land you found yourself, therefore you should expect strange things. So in your mission as a diasporan you have to embrace tough time as it will help sharpen you for the beautiful future ahead. Tough time is never a means to compromise; it is a means to stand strong and not to betray your belief.

Tough time will emerge, but that will be temporal in many cases. No tough time will last for eternity. Of course tough time will always surface to test your values and beliefs. Tough time has actually test the fate of many and the never stood to pass the test of time. Many compromised and that has landed them into the mess.

Psalm 30:5 says, “For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

No matter how long the night will last, there is always the breaking of the day that springs out joy. If only you can hang up a little longer, keeping the faith and dream alive, you will surely rejoice by singing you song of your overcoming.

Conclusion

Be steadfast, and after all trials you will stand to tell the story on how you overcame.
