7 things to thank God for when you come at the gate

 

“Enter with the password: “Thank you!” Make yourselves at home, talking praise. Thank him. Worship him. (Psalms  chapter  100 verses 4 MSB)

1 – “Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2 – Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 – Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

4 – Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

5 – Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

6 – The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

7 – He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

8 – The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.” (Psalms 103 verses 1 to 8)

 

  1. You will thank God for your salvation and remission of your sin:

27 – “And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;

28 – For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.” (Mathew chapter 26 verses 27 to 28)

 

  1. You will thank God for your health and for healing you of all kind of diseases.

“And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.” (Exodus chapter 15 verses 26)

 

  1. You will thank God for protecting you from destruction.

13 – “And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.

14 – The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” (Exodus chapter 14 verses 13 to 14)

 

  1. You will thank God for His favour over your head, for His lovingly kindness and mercies.

“It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;” (2Chronicles chapter 5 verses 13)

 

  1. You will thank God for His anointing on your head.

“But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.” (1John chapter 2 verses 27)

 

  1. You will thank God for your prosperity, satisfying your mouth with good things.

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” (3John chapter 1 verses 2)

 

  1. You will thank God for given you authority.

9 – “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

10 – And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” (Revelation chapter 5 verses 9 to 10)
