7 qualities of a royal person
2 – Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
3 – But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man’s judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
4 – For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
5 – Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.” (1Corianthians chapter 4 verses 2 to 5)
- He defend the king and the kingdom:
15 – “Moreover the Philistines had yet war again with Israel; and David went down, and his servants with him, and fought against the Philistines: and David waxed faint.
16 – And Ishbibenob, which was of the sons of the giant, the weight of whose spear weighed three hundred shekels of brass in weight, he being girded with a new sword, thought to have slain David.
17 – But Abishai the son of Zeruiah succoured him, and smote the Philistine, and killed him. Then the men of David sware unto him, saying, Thou shalt go no more out with us to battle, that thou quench not the light of Israel.” (2Samuel chapter 21 verses 15 to 17)
- He is accountable:
20 – “And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 – His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 – He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
23 – His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” (Mathew 25 verses 20 to 23)
- He is a burden bearer.
9 – “For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
10 – But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.” (1Corianthians chapter 15 verses 9 to 10)
- He goes the extra mile to execute any responsibility given to him:
“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.” (John chapter 4 verses 34)
- He promotes his leader and his work:
20 – “According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.
21 – For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” (Philippians chapter 1 verses 20 to 21)
- He solves the problem he noticed without complaining:
13 – “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
14 – Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
15 – That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
16 – Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.” (Philippians chapter 2 verses 13 to 16)
- He submits to the leadership over him and covers his weaknesses:
“As the cold of snow in the time of harvest, so is a faithful messenger to them that send him: for he refresheth the soul of his masters.” (Proverbs chapter 25 verses 13)
