5 resources you will give account for
- The temple:
The temple we speak of here is your body. It is never your body for you to use it for selfish interest. It was designed and fashioned by God so that it will be able to carry God. You are never made to use your body to glorify the world. People used their bodies to do all manner of things. You hear them say use what you have to get what you want.
Some young ladies are using the beautiful body God gave them for prostitution. The same body that was designed to attract men to the kingdom is the same body that is used to chased men away from the kingdom. The same body that was designed to be a saving tool is now a tool for mass destruction. Yes, many men and women have been destroyed out of trading their bodies.
15 – “Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.
16 – What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
17 – But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
18 – Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
19 – What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 – For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” (1Corianthians chapter 6 verses 15 to 20)
- Time:
Every thing in this life runs on a time zone. Man will never live on this planet for ever. The book of Ecclasiatic made it clear that there is time for every purpose under the heaven. Things happen on a specific time.
1 – “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2 – A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;” (Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verses 1 to 2)
Time is one of the most vital commodity in life. It should be cherish to avoid unnecessary misuse of it. There is 86,400 second in a day, 1,440 minutes in a day and 24 hour in a day, and this is designed to count. We are made to make good use of our time on a daily basis.
7 – “Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
8 – I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.” (Psalms chapter 40 verses 7 to 8)
Just as there is a time of arrival, there is also a time of departure awaits everyone.

You are to make every single one of them to count. Everything that concern you will be accounted for.

15 – And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
16 – Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
17 – And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
18 – But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.
19 – After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
20 – And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 – His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 – He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
23 – His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 – Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
25 – And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
26 – His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
27 – Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
28 – Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.

When we talk about treasure we are looking at the wealth one must have acquired. God gave you wealth not for personal consumption only but for His glory. Every single money God has given us we will account for them all. One of the reasons God gave us that money is for the advancement of His kingdom. People thought is their strength that gave them the wealth they acquired, and they have the right to used it as it pleases them.
“But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.” (Deuteronomy chapter 8 verses 18)
“Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.” (Zachariah chapter 1 verses 17)
- Your relationship:
Everyone of us will account for that relationship God brought to us. Whatever relationship God brought to us, we are to handle it with all diligence. We are made to cherish such relationship, nurture it and bring out the best of it.

22 – Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
23 – For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24 – Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
25 – Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;” (Ephesians chapter 5 verses 21 to 25)
