5 major creative processes
26 – And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 – So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 – And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” (Genesis chapter 1 verses 26 to 28)
- The Imagination Stage:
“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:..” (Proverbs chapter 23 verses 7A)
This is a very important stage in creativity. This is where most brain work is done. How everything will turn out is been imagined at this stage. It is also known as the stage of conception. Any creativity demands critical thinking. You must picture it to its fulness if you must live to witness its manifestation. There is nothing that ever came into reality that did not first witness the imagination stage.
It is at this stage that every work is done in the spirit. Men and women whose lives have done tremendous impact in the society and the world at large were men and women who made proper use of their imaginations. Until you imagine it, you can’t see it come to pass. The first place where ideas are fully conceived and established is in the mind during the process of deep imagination. Every creation begins with thoughts or an idea.
- The Knowledge Stage:
“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” (Proverbs chapter 4 verses 7)
This is also known as the information stage. No matter how deep one may have thought and come out with a great idea, you must yield himself to acquire the necessary information and knowledge that will enable him speed up things and bring them into reality. Having a deep imagination is never enough, one must develop the heart to seek the necessary knowledge to facilitate the wonderful ideas into manifestation.
This stage of knowledge calls for crucial responsibility for one to be feeding one’s idea with the right knowledge through paying the price to study, making research and finding facts about that very idea. When you gather the right knowledge, it begins to put the idea into order and giving it shape. Knowledge gives and makes an idea to gain clarity and to start growing effectively. When one has gathered enough knowledge about an idea, it begins to move from just an idea to a conviction.
2 – “And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
3 – For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” (Habakkuk chapter 2 verses 2 to 3)
- The vocalization stage:
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” (Hebrews chapter 11 verses 3)
At this vocalization stage, there is always a great conviction about the whole idea coming into reality. At the point there is a deep inner conviction without any reasonable doubt that prompts one to start speaking the things he or she wants to see. The imagination about the idea is built, the knowledge about getting the idea into place have been acquired with real conviction and start to speak in that direction.
God created the whole earth through the spoken Word. We are expected to create our world by speaking with conviction what we desire. It is in speaking the words of what we desire that the resources will start falling into place and also the right people coming our ways to help execute the whole project.
1 – “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 – The same was in the beginning with God.
3 – All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” (John chapter 1 verses 1 to 3)
- The team building stage:
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” (Genesis chapter 1 verses 26)
At the stage one must deliberately choose the right team who you will have the same mindset with after they must have bought into the idea. There are people you will need in your team to help speed the idea in your heart. One has to carefully choose those who will make your team. The team of the people you have will determine how effective you will accomplish your idea.
Strategise the network of those whose convictions are in alignment and compatible with your conviction so that they can assist to bring your idea into manifestation. Whatever you desire to create, your team matters alot. One achievement can be limited by not having the right team.
- The execution stage:
“Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.” (James chapter 2 verses 18)
Every thing is possible at the point of execution. Every creative process requires proper exertion to it to manifestation. Failure in the place of execution can rob everything ever worked for. The creative process is never for the weak, the creative process is for the strong. Each creative process requires consistent and effective action to obtain the desired results.
