5 kinds of man or woman you should not marry
“If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm chapter 11 verses 3)
- The enabler man/woman:
He or she will tolerate your foolishness. Takes you for who you are. Has no dignity and value for himself or herself. He or she will make you a mediocre.
- The aggressive, uncontrolled or none submissive woman:
“It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman.” (Proverbs chapter 21 verses 19)
The aggressive woman always look for the passive men to marry.
- Do not marry a bitter angry man/woman:
“Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man thou shalt not go:” (Proverbs chapter 22 verses 24)
She may pretend before you. Watch out for her true character, not with your relationship with her, but with others.
- Do not marry an immoral man/woman:
10 – “And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.
11 – She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house:
12 – Now is she without, now in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.)
13 – So she caught him, and kissed him, and with an impudent face said unto him,
14 – I have peace offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows.” (Proverbs chapter 7 verses 10 to 14)
- Do not marry a covetous man/woman:
“Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:” (2Peter chapter 2 verses 14)
Be careful with him or her who is covetous. He or she is the kind who will want you to use your school fees to pay for him or her school fee.
Conclusion:
Character is the bedrock of every relationship. Character is the bridge between the couple’s and their destination. Beauty is skin deep, character is bone deep. It doesn’t leave one.
