4 agents of blessings

  1. God’s word

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” (Joshua chapter 1 verses 8)

 

  1. God’s servant

“And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.” (2Chronicles chapter 20 verses 20)

 

  1. Blessings of your parents

1 – “Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

2 – Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)

3 – That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.” (Ephesians chapter 6 verses 1 to 3)

 

  1. The poor and the needy:

“Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.” (Mathew chapter 5 verses 7

“He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.” (Proverbs chapter 28 verses 27)

“Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:” (Deuteronomy chapter 24 verses 14)
